Release & Post-Launch
The CaravanSafe App was successfully launched across both the Apple App Store and Apple CarPlay ecosystem, meeting all certification and deployment milestones on schedule. Following the release, we provided dedicated post-launch support for three months addressing real-world usage feedback, fine tuning BLE connectivity, and ensuring consistent performance across iOS devices and CarPlay head units.
The client’s internal team was fully trained to manage and support the solution, ensuring smooth adoption across their user base.
